Mineral County is a hidden gem of West Virginia’s eastern panhandle. Keyser, the County Seat, is home to Potomac State College. Nancy Hanks Lincoln, mother of President Abraham Lincoln, was born in the Mineral County cabin (pictured above) back in 1782.

In 2008, Ruby Kline Allison established the Kline, Allison, Evans Scholarship Fund for the benefit of Mineral and Grant County students. By virtue of this connection, other students and causes can benefit from Unrestricted Funds and other unrestricted income.
