About Give Local
Through our Fall Community Grants process, we distributed more than $90,000 in grants and received more than $150,000 in grant requests. This Give Local campaign features 14 organizations that were not fully funded. They still need funds in order to complete their projects and programs.
From December 1 through January 5, community members are encouraged to “give where you live” by making a donation to one or more local nonprofits listed below.
You can donate online on the Give Local platform, but cash, checks, stock, and other types of gifts will also be accepted. All offline donations will be added to the nonprofit organization’s online total. Checks should be made out to “Tucker Community Foundation” and please write the name of the nonprofit you’d like to support in the memo.
Gifts must be received by Saturday, January 5. Checks may be mailed to: Tucker Community Foundation, P.O. Box 491, Parsons, WV 26287 (please write the organization you’d like to support in the memo)
