BACKGROUND:  Davis FOE Aerie #936 was established January 31, 1905.  The Eagles not only welcome the average man as a member, but fought for his right to a life of dignity and respect.  The Eagles have fought for several acts that helped the common man, such as Workers’ Compensation Act, Mothers’ Pensions, Old Age Pensions and Social Security Laws.

For Eagles, more than anything else, is a dream – the dream that ordinary men and women everywhere are entitled to and shall enjoy the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
